Have you considered working with digital images as part of your practice?

Are you curious about the amount of technology you need to learn?

This 90 minute presentation is designed to help you think about working with digital images as part of your practice. This is a precursor to the workshops that will be held in September (The Smart Phone as Camera and Imaging for Artists).

Join Patti Rusotti as she demonstrates programs such as Bridge, Camera Raw, Photoshop and Lightroom.

The goal of this presentation is to show you possibilities for making and using photographic elements to apply within your art practice.

"Artists often think they need to know everything there is about a process to include it in their work. Where do you draw the line and what should you hire out or learn yourself? I want to show you the possibilities and let you decide if this is a time to take a dive into the technology to enhance your work."

- Patti Rusotti

No experience is necessary - just the willingness and patience to be open minded about possibilities.

  • How is this session different from the Imaging for Artists Workshop?

This session is designed to give you an overview of the current software used to make photographs and help you decide how much you may need to know for your work.
