Social media is an ever-changing digital landscape that allows us to connect with others, capture leads, build communities and much more. This course will explore all relevant social media platforms for artists and teach you how to define and implement a content strategy based on your marketing goals.
COURSE DETAILS
This course will convene for three 90-minute meetings on October 20th, 27th and November 3rd from 3:00pm-4:30pm Central. The first 60-70 minutes will be course instruction, the remaining 20-30 minutes will be open for Q&A.
Each course participant will receive a FREE 30-minute coaching session with the instructor, Haley Matchette.

In this course, we'll review all of the social media platforms that exist, who is active on each platform and the corresponding pros and cons.
Which social media platforms are relevant for artists?
After reviewing all of the social media platforms, we'll dive deeper into which ones are relevant for artists specifically.
What type of content do I post?
Developing a personal narrative and brand can be challenging and confusing. We'll break down what you should be posting on social media to achieve your marketing goals.
How do I know if my content is performing well?
This course will cover important metrics and will demonstrate how to pull corresponding insights from these metrics for monthly reporting. Learn how these insights from performance data will help inform your future content strategies.
